Unlocking the Magic: The Indispensable Role of a Wedding Planner in Crafting Your Dream Day

So people don’t always know what a wedding planner is meant to do so hopefully this will be able

to answer all those questions you have. There are three points that we are going to cover as to

why you should have a wedding planner assist you.

The professional knowledge that you will get from a wedding planner

Wedding Planner

A lot of the time a wedding planner will be with you to help guide throughout the day, they will be

able to share with you the knowledge that they have during the whole process. They are there to

help you answer the questions such as what you need to do at what time etc. Just like your

checklist except you get an actual person there to help you!

They will also be able to build upon those relationships with your suppliers! A good thing about a

wedding planner is they already know so many suppliers that cater to weddings so they will be able

to matchmake you. This is one of my favourite things to do! You get to know your suppliers, and

you get to know your clients so well that you are able to match the right suppliers with the client to

build upon their dream wedding. This is super helpful so you don’t have to waste too much time

researching random suppliers online that you have never worked with before or know what their

final product is going to look like. Wedding planners have worked with so many suppliers before

that they have already built a trusting relationship so can put you in safe hands to know that all

suppliers will turn up on time, with the best equipment to give you the best day possible.

There to help!

A wedding planner is there to do all those little tasks that you maybe don’t want to do or don’t fully

understand how to. Have you ever thought about a wedding and been like ‘Oh no, I have to do the

budget, the wedding invitations, flowers, decor… etc’ the list just seems to go on and on. There

may be sections where you don’t really know what’s going on, or maybe you just aren’t excited

about the process of making a budget. Well the good news is that there is a wedding planner who

loves doing all of these things and can make your life just that little bit easier.

For example, here at Sal Majik Events, we will sit down with you and speak about all those tasks

that you are excited to do and also those that maybe you aren’t so excited to do. Any bits you don’t

really want to do at all, we will take on and assist you as best we can. That’s what a wedding

planner is here for! Anything to make your day a little bit less stressful! I mean, who actually wants

to sit down and manage their budget every step of the way? Or even worse, chase up those

RSVP’s from people after the deadline? The best thing about a wedding planner is you can have

as much of their involvement with the day as you would like. If you want to do those tasks you

absolutely can, a wedding planner can just make sure you meet all your deadlines. At the end of

the day, out goal is the same. We want you to have the most magical and perfect day that you

have imagined for ages!

Majik of your day

Have you ever wondered that on your day some things may go wrong? Well not to fear, with a

wedding planner thats exactly what WON’T happen! A wedding planner will be there to figure out

everything before the problem has even become a problem. We will be able to deal with the

situation and make sure it is under control without you even knowing something has happened. It’s

the magic of the day! The best part of a wedding planner is they will be there with you throughout

the day. We will be with you from the initial planning process right through to after you walk down

that aisle and even then, at Sal Majik Events, we will be there right through to make sure that

everything gets cleaned up properly. So you won’t need to stress about anything on your wedding

day. You can think of us like your Fairy GodMother. I’m not saying that something is going to

happen, but if it does a wedding planner will be there to fix it up.
